Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time: The order will be fulfilled by Wind Studio.

2. INSTOCK SHIPPING: If an item is marked as "in stock," and they will ship your order within 1-3 business days of payment.
   

3. Custom product shipping: Custom items usually take a longer shipping time, approximately 3-6 months, to reach the customer.
   
   

4. Shipping Time: there are two shipping options available:
   

   • Express Delivery estimated delivery time: 3-10 days
   • Standard Air Mail estimated delivery time: 15-30 days

5. Shipping Areas: Wind Studio ships to a wide range of countries and territories. The list includes various European countries, the United States, Canada, Australia, some Asian countries, and others :

   Shipping to Russia, India, Brazil, etc., is currently not supported.
   
   

6. Shipping Cost: The shipping cost will depend on the weight of the product you purchase. When you check out, the system will automatically calculate the shipping cost for you.
   
   

7. VAT and Import Tax: The product price does not include VAT or import tax for your country. Since customs policies vary by country, any applicable taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
   
   

8. Additional Notice about Shipping: It is the client's responsibility to ensure a successful order delivery. Here are some important points to consider:

   • If the parcel gets stuck in customs due to custom clearance reasons, Wind Studio will contact the client. The client must provide necessary information required by customs (such as tax payment) within 48 HOURS. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to the shipping company's country of origin warehouse. If the client wishes to re-ship the parcel, there may be an additional fee. If the client chooses not to receive the parcel, they may need to cover the return shipping cost, and Wind Studio will refund the retail price after deducting the return shipping cost and any extra shipping cost paid during the order placement.

   • If the delivery address or phone number provided by the client is incorrect and the client does not respond to inquiries promptly, it may lead to the failure of parcel delivery. In such cases, the client may need to bear the additional cost for re-delivery.

   • If a customer wants to return a product within 7 days upon receiving it and the return is not related to a product quality problem, the customer needs to cover the return shipping cost.

   • To avoid return of shipment, customers must provide complete and correct information on the information sheet. If the product is returned due to incomplete information, the cost of the return will be borne by the customer.
