WIND X98 R2 BUILD MANUAL

1.Install daughterboard into bottom case with M2X4 hexagon socket head screws.

用M2X4内六角圆头螺丝将type-小板固定在底壳上

2.Lock the battery cover on the bottom case with M2X4 hexagon countersunk head screws,you can put battery foam into bottom case depend on your preference(Put the battery into bottom case if you build bluetooth keyboard kit).

用M2X4内六角沉头螺丝将电池盖板锁在底壳上，也可以根据你的喜好放入电池仓棉再锁电池盖板。（如果你组的是双模PCB套件，需要将电池需要放入电池仓中）

3.Install the weight into bottom case with M2.5*8 hexagon countersunk head screws

用M2.5*8内六角沉头螺丝将配重锁入底壳中

4.Install logo and front accent piece into top case with M2X4 hexagon countersunk head screws.

用M2X4内六角沉头螺丝将logo和黄铜条或PC灯条装入上壳中。

5.Install pcb stabilizer on the pcb

在PCB上安装卫星轴

6.Put the IXPE sheet, 3.5mm poron,plate onto pcb in order(put it according to your preference), stick into led blocker.

将轴下垫，夹心棉，定位板按顺序放在PCB上（可根据你的喜好放入）, 并贴入遮光棉。

7.Install switches（can check all keys if can trigger after this step）

安装轴体（安装轴体完成后，可在此步再测试所有按键是否正常触发）

8.Gasket mount or Top mount

①Gasket mount

Put 20pcs silicone gasket into plate.

将20个硅胶gasket嵌入定位板上，即gasket内胆完成

Put 1mm poron,2mm foam into bottom case, and then put internal structure into bottom case.

将1mm底棉，2mm热插拔棉铺入底壳，将gasket内胆放入底壳

② Top mount

Stick the top silicone to the corresponding position of bottom case or plate.

将TOP硅胶条帖入上壳或者定位板的对应位置

Fixed the internal structure into top case with M2X6 round head screws, finished top mount.

用M2X6圆头螺丝将内胆锁在上壳，即top结构完成

9.Fixed the top case and bottom case with M2.5*12 screws.

将上下壳和底壳用M2.5*12螺丝固定
