1. Can I cancel an order?

We do not accept cancel the order after Group Buy closed. During group buy,you can cancel the order, but we need to charge 3% fee of the total order amount since the product its specificity. The 3% commission will be not charged if the shipping is delay due to our reason. 

2. What is the warranty?

About the case:

Within 7 days from the date of express receipt and not open assembled case kit,we can accept replacement if you find defective on the case from outside.

After 7 days from the date of express receipt or already open the assembled case kit,we will not accept any after customer service.

About the PCB:

One year warranty （non-artificial damage）

Note: Need to test PCB if it is trigger well in the VIA key tester when you receive it at once.

3.Does the price include tax?

We will declare real amount on the invoice according to the order details,and the tax/VAT is not included.

4.What is the refund policy?

If your product is defective on arrival,after check with evidences attached, we will arrange for an exchange as soon. We can not accept refund instead of replace.

5.Can you ship to my country?

If you can not place order to your country, pls let us know.

6. Can I change my shipping address?

Yes,you can. If the order has not shipped pls contact our discord or email.

After ship it, you need to contact the shipping compamy DHL or Fedex by yourself.
